4 years agoThough his left hand found the mark a few times, rising UFC star Geoff Neal (13-4) was unable to take a unanimous decision from title contender Neil Magny on Saturday night. Throughout the 15 minutes of action, Neal tallied 35 significant strikes (37 total strikes) and landed one of his two takedown tries on the night. Neal has now lost back-to-back fights, but they have come at the hands of two title contenders in Stephen Thompson and now Magny. Neal's next matchup will probably be a bit more fighter-friendly, and we're likely to see Neal come out looking to showcase the true ability he has within the Octagon.--Matt Bricker - RotoBaller
