6 years agoDallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett said tight end Geoff Swaim (knee) was injured in the Week 7 loss to the Redskins and is undergoing an MRI exam on Tuesday. Swaim will not practice this week during the bye, but Garrett is hopeful that Swaim's injury is a short-term one. Swaim has been the team's best pass-catching tight end this year but only has 19 catches on 24 targets for 205 yards and a touchdown in seven games. The Cowboys had all four of their tight ends active in Week 7. Blake Jarwin, Rico Gathers and rookie Dalton Schultz could all mix in if Swaim is forced to miss any time, but they aren't realistic fantasy options.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
