3 years agoTennessee Titans' tight end Geoff Swaim has been limited to one catch in three of his last four games. He continues to lead Tennessee's tight ends in snaps but isn't heavily utilized in the passing game as the veteran owns just 8% of the team's target share. The 28-year-old has caught 24 passes for 189 yards and two touchdowns over 13 games in 2021. Despite leading the Titans tight ends in snaps, Swaim hasn't produced recently and is not a recommended streamer against the San Francisco 49ers for the fantasy playoffs.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
