3 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder George Springer is taking the day off on Saturday against the Oakland Athletics. Bradley Zimmer will get the start in center field and will hit ninth against A's right-hander Paul Blackburn. Springer is off to a fine start this year, slugging two home runs and driving in five runs while batting .306 in his first 39 plate appearances over eight games. Fantasy managers will want to get him back in their lineups when he returns on Sunday. Zimmer is searching for his first hit in his fourth game for the Blue Jays, and he'll be a deep DFS sleeper on Saturday. Raimel Tapia, who moves to the leadoff spot with Springer resting, is a much better DFS target.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
