3 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder George Springer (knee) was placed on the 10-day injured list on Tuesday. The 31-year-old outfielder signed a massive extension with the organization over the offseason, but has played in a total of 49 games this season. That good news is, Springer suffered a Grade 1 left knee sprain. That is the lowest grade for a sprain, but he'll likely still be sidelined for a few weeks. Fantasy managers should assume that Springer is going to be out until at least the end of August.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
