4 years agoHouston Astros outfielder George Springer is hitting leadoff Thursday against the A's. It's an excellent time to give Springer the start in DFS when the slugger is slashing .346/.393/.769 over his last 26 at-bats. The 30-year-old will face expected A's starter Sean Manaea, a lefty who Springer has hit .355 against in 31 career at-bats. Add to the mix that Springer is posting a 1.001 OPS in 74 road at-bats this season and the decision to deploy the All-Star into lineups is an easy call for Thursday.--Joey C - RotoBaller
