6 years agoHouston Astros outfielder George Springer is slashing .269/.339/.481 as the team will prepare to open up a series with the Mariners in Seattle on Friday. Springer's numbers aren't exactly eye-popping but he has been one of the most consistent players in the Astros offense thus far. He has hits in 11 of the 13 games he has played this season with two doubles and three home runs. Springer can be streaky at times but when he is hot there are few in the game who can match his power production. Springer should be deployed in fantasy lineups for this weekend's slate of games.--Joey C - RotoBaller
