6 years agoHouston Astros outfielder George Springer is stuck in a 3-for-49 (.061) slump heading into Tuesday's action against the Rangers. He has one hit in his last 23 at-bats and his average has fallen from .287 to .253 during this span. Springer is an excellent young power hitter but can go on hot and cold streaks with the best in the game. This cold streak has been increasingly frustrating in its length, as Springer is now hitting only .182 in his last 110 at-bats. Fantasy owners will need patience over the next week in hopes that Springer can break out of it.--Joey C - RotoBaller
