6 years agoHouston Astros outfielder George Springer went 3-for-5 with three runs scored in the Astros 9-1 pounding of the Twins on Wednesday. Springer is starting to really heat up and is hitting .340 over his last 15 games played with a .509 slugging percentage in that span. After a monster season in 2017, Springer has battled injuries and prolonged slumps throughout the 2018 campaign. Few players in the game hit home runs in bunches like Springer and one of those streaks could be right around the corner heading towards this weekend's games.--Joey C - RotoBaller
