3 years agoToronto Blue Jays outfielder George Springer helped pace the offense on Monday with two runs scored despite his club falling to the Red Sox 5-4. He logged a double and a pair of walks, finishing the game going 1-for-2 out of the leadoff spot where he returned to over the weekend. Springer's bat has looked in mid-season form since the All-Star break with three homers and a .333 BA in nine games, and with a return to his natural spot at the top of the order, he could be in line for a huge second half.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
