6 years agoHouston Astros outfielder George Springer is slugging .508 at home this season as the team prepares to open up a series against the Rays on Tuesday. Springer is currently hitting .303 in the month of August but the power numbers have taken a hit recently. He has only two extra-base hits over his last 51 at-bats but Springer is a notoriously streaky power hitter. Once he gets a few baseballs over the fence, Springer can go on a home run tear as consistently as any power hitter in the game.--Joey C - RotoBaller
