6 years agoHouston Astros outfielder George Springer continued his torrid October by going 3-for-4 in Game 4 of the ALCS with his fourth home run of the postseason. Springer got the Astros on the board in the first inning with the blast and now has five runs batted in during the series. Springer has been, by far, the best hitter in the Astros lineup during the playoffs, slashing .419/.471/.903 over his last 31 at-bats. He now has three doubles, four home runs, six runs scored and eight runs batted in through seven postseason games. The Astros will face Red Sox starter David Price in Game 5 and Springer slashed .285/.359/.475 against left-handed pitching this season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
