2 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Giancarlo Stanton (Achilles) could return sometime next week, according to Kes Rosenthal of Fox Sports MLB. The hard-hitting 32-year-old is slated to begin his rehab assignment on Saturday with Double-A Somerset and could return to the Yankees as early as next week if all goes well. Stanton has been out since late July with left Achilles tendinitis, and the Yankee lineup has struggled mightily without him.
