2 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Giancarlo Stanton (calf) has been placed on the 10-day injured list. He is dealing with a right calf strain, but the severity of the injury is unknown right now. In a corresponding move, the Yankees have activated Joey Gallo off the COVID-19 injured list. He'll serve as the designated hitter and bat sixth versus right-hander Tyler Wells on Wednesday. Fantasy managers will have to wait for more updates on Stanton.
