Giants Defense Off The Streaming Radar
5 years agoThe New York Giants Defense is coming off a strong showing against the Washington Redskins, where they intercepted four passes and recorded three sacks. The Vikings are not the Redskins. For all of Kirk Cousins' flaws, he's only thrown two interceptions this season, and the Vikings offensive line has allowed eight sacks. The Giants also allowed 330 rushing yards over the first three games before facing the Redskins inept backfield. With Dalvin Cook coming to town, that could spell disaster. All of that doesn't even factor in Adam Thielen complaining about the team not throwing the ball enough, which might lead to a Squeaky Wheel situation against one of the league's worst secondaries. Simply put, the Vikings don't make enough mistakes for the Giants to be a high upside unit this week, and the floor is simply too low.
