3 years agoNew York Giants general manager Joe Schoen confirmed that quarterback "Daniel Jones is our starting quarterback right now." New York's front office and new head coach Brian Daboll all have faith in Jones moving forward, and they also don't think the neck injury that limited him to 11 games in 2021 will be a long-term problem. But the 24-year-old QB will need to show improvement in his fourth NFL season, even if the team picks up his fifth-year option for 2023. Nothing went right for the Giants offense last year, and Jones rarely had most of his starting wide receivers healthy at the same time. If the wideouts stay on the field and running back Saquon Barkley doesn't get hurt again, Jones could surprise some folks.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
