7 years agoThe New York Giants have the No. 2 overall pick in this month's draft and are expected to select USC quarterback Sam Darnold if he's available, according to an NFL talent evaluator. "They don't like Josh Rosen," the evaluator said. However, the Browns could easily take Darnold at first overall, making the Giants go in another direction. "Their top three choices are Darnold, Saquon Barkley, and Bradley Chubb," an executive said. "They are debating Barkley vs. Chubb, because they need an edge rusher but the scouts love Barkley." All three options would make an immediate impact for the Giants in 2018. Darnold could have redraft value immediately throwing to Odell Beckham Jr., while Barkley could become a three-down running back right away for an offense looking to bounce back.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
