7 years agoSan Francisco Giants starting pitcher Chris Stratton has been placed on paternity leave. Manager Bruce Bochy said Stratton is expected back Saturday to start versus the Dodgers. Stratton has been off to a good start with a 2.32 ERA and 0.94 WHIP in 31 innings. The Giants called up relief pitcher Roberto Gomez to take Stratton’s spot on the active roster.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
