4 years agoIn what many expected to be a clash of future stars, Gillian Robertson was unable to get the victory on Saturday, dropping a unanimous decision to Miranda Maverick. Through 15 minutes of action, Robertson landed 27 significant strikes (32 total strikes) but absorbed a total strike count of 131. Both fighters had success on the mat, with Robertson landing two of her four takedowns while attempting one submission. Losing two fights in a row now, Robertson is still a skilled enough fighter to get back on track.
