3 years agoNew York Yankees third baseman Gio Urshela (elbow) is close to full strength, according to manager Aaron Boone. Urshela has made encouraging progress after undergoing offseason surgery to remove a bone spur from his elbow, and fantasy managers should expect him to be ready for Opening Day (or extremely close to it) at this point. Urshela enjoyed an offensive breakout after joining the Yankees that resulted in an .881 OPS over the past two seasons, and fantasy managers should expect the 29-year-old to continue hitting well in 2021 if he's healthy and past his elbow injury.--Sam Chinitz
