3 years agoMinnesota Twins third baseman Gio Urshela is absent from Saturday's starting lineup, according to MLB.com. The 30-year-old is struggling again this season, slashing .241/.311/.304 with one home run, nine runs, and six RBI. He'll hand things over to Ryan Jeffers in the lineup, who's catching and batting eighth. Jeffers is batting just .220 but is slugging .441 with three home runs in 19 games. Across his 130 career games, the 24-year-old has 20 round-trippers.
