4 years agoNew York Yankees third baseman Gio Urshela (elbow) hit on Thursday and is expected to rejoin the lineup on Tuesday, according to manager Aaron Boone. Urshela will miss the minimum 10 days assuming he avoids setbacks, and his return to the lineup puts Miguel Andujar’s playing time in question. Regardless, Urshela will look to continue playing well after posting a .873 OPS over his first 31 games this season, and he should be started in all lineups next week with the Yankees slated for a relatively favorable schedule.--Sam Chinitz
