Giovani Bernard Could See An Uptick In Production

4 years agoCincinnati Bengals running back Giovani Bernard may be in line for an uptick in production against the Ravens. With Joe Mixon (shin) questionable, Bernard may serve as an adequate insurance policy on Sunday, especially if the former Sooner plays but isn't at full-strength (or is out entirely). Although the 28-year-old hasn't seen much action rushing the ball during the 2020 campaign, he has logged two games with at least five targets from rookie signal-caller Joe Burrow. In deeper PPR formats, Bernard should have a home on fantasy rosters regardless of Mixon's health, but he may see his stock rise significantly if he is the undisputed No. 1 option out of the backfield against Baltimore in Week 5.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
