6 years agoCincinnati Bengals running back Giovani Bernard was productive during Sunday's win over the Atlanta Falcons, rushing the ball 15 times and racking up 69 yards along with two scores. Though he wasn't targeted heavily like in previous weeks, catching all four passes from quarterback Andy Dalton, he still had an efficient game. With running back Joe Mixon (knee) anticipated to return soon, Bernard may resume his role as a catch first, rush second type of back with Mixon responsible for most of the activity on the ground.
