4 years agoCincinnati Bengals running back Giovani Bernard (concussion) has been cleared to play against the Giants in Week 12 and is officially active. With Brandon Allen starting at quarterback, Bernard should see plenty of work, though Samaje Perine will likely siphon off some of his usage.
