4 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Golden Tate caught his second touchdown in as many weeks in a Monday night loss to the Buccaneers. Tate almost played hero for the Giants with a gorgeous toe-tap touchdown in the final minute of the game, but New York couldn't convert a two-point conversion to push the game into overtime. Despite the late-game heroics for any fantasy manager adventurous enough to start Tate, he is not a reliable fantasy receiver. Tate had just three targets Monday and has just six targets over his last three games. He is yet to eclipse 42 yards in a game this season and can't be relied on to score every week playing in the Giants' inept offense.
