7 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals relief pitcher Greg Holland (hip) will move his rehab to Double-A Springfield. It's essentially a demotion for Holland, who was struggling to throw strikes at the Triple-A level. He's been an absolute disaster on the mound since the second he signed a one-year, $14 million contract on Opening Day. Holland will have to rejoin the Cardinals bullpen within the next few weeks when his rehab eligibility runs out, but he won't be much more than mop-up or middle-relief option for a while. He doesn't need to be owned in any fantasy leagues at this point.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
