6 years agoCarolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen (foot), wide receiver Curtis Samuel (heart) and right guard Trai Turner (concussion) have all been ruled out for Week 3 against the Bengals. Olsen has no timetable to return but is hoping to be back at some point this year. Rookie Ian Thomas will be the team's main pass-catching tight end, but he can be avoided for now. Samuel is still recovering from a procedure to fix an irregular heartbeat. Leave him to the waiver wire.
