5 years agoCarolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen (concussion) has officially been ruled out for Sunday's matchup with the Atlanta Falcons. This was the expected outcome after suffering a head injury in Week 13. Interim head coach Perry Fewell said the team will use multiple tight ends if Olsen is out, but Ian Thomas should see most of the targets at tight end. Thomas would be a touchdown-dependent TE2 in a good matchup with the Falcons.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
