3 years agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielder Gregory Polanco was placed on outright waivers on Sunday. Despite that, he'll be starting in right field versus righty Will Crowe and the Arizona Diamondbacks on Monday. It's unlikely that any team claims Polanco since he's hitting .199 with 11 home runs and 34 RBI this season. Regardless, a chance of scenery isn't going to give him enough upside to warrant rostering in fantasy formats. Fantasy managers can continue to ignore Polanco in fantasy leagues going forward.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
