2 years agoDetroit Tigers closer Gregory Soto notched his sixth save of the season in Monday's 3-2 win over the Rays. Soto entered the game to pitch the bottom of the ninth inning up by a run. He got the first two outs on a pop-out and a strikeout, allowed a single, and then got the final out on a flyout. The 27-year-old has now converted six of seven save opportunities and has a 3.18 ERA, but he has allowed eight walks to just 11 strikeouts in 11 1/3 innings pitched. Manager A.J. Hinch said Saturday that Soto will remain the team's closer, but fantasy managers should be wary of his high walk totals.--Connelly Doan - RotoBaller
