5 years agoLos Angeles Angels starting pitcher Griffin Canning (elbow) is scheduled to throw on Tuesday. Canning was placed on the injured list on August 4 with elbow inflammation so the fact he is already throwing is a good sign for him and his fantasy owners. Still, with the Angels out of playoff contention, the Angels figure to play it safe with their 23-year-old pitcher.
