Gus Edwards Tops 100 Yards From Scrimmage
6 years agoBaltimore Ravens running back Gus Edwards accumulated 92 rushing yards on 14 carries in Saturday's 22-10 victory over the Chargers. He also hauled in the second reception of his career for 13 yards to total 105 scrimmage yards. The undrafted rookie has racked up at least 67 yards on the ground in each of his last six games and has topped the 100 scrimmage yards in four of those games, including each of the last two. His 6.6 yards per attempt was his second-highest total this year, which was primarily aided by a career-long 46-yard scamper. The 23-year-old now has now posted three big runs over the last two games. Edwards is a high-level RB2 in Week 17 against the Browns.
