Ha-Seong Kim Records First Big League Knock
4 years agoSan Diego Padres infielder Ha-Seong Kim went 2-for-4 with an RBI single Saturday against the Arizona Diamondbacks. The 25-year-old former KBO star recorded his first big league knock by driving in outfielder Wil Myers in the first inning. Kim struggled with contact issues during spring training but paid dividends in his first career start. Brimming with power and speed potential, Kim's playing time remains uncertain with second baseman Jake Cronenworth off to an excellent start. He's a stash in deeper and NL-only formats but is tough to roster on fantasy squads with limited benches.
