4 years agoThough his opponent came in overweight, Hakeem Dawodu defeated the odds and won via split decision. Dawodu landed 69 significant strikes (70 total strikes) while defending six of his opponent's seven takedown attempts. After a bit of a slow start, Dawodu picked up the pace, finishing the bout with a very solid third round. "Mean" did a great job diversifying his strikes with 31 to the head, 14 to the body, and 24 to the legs.
