3 years agoMinnesota Twins relief pitcher Hansel Robles was charged with his third loss of the season in Monday's defeat to the Seattle Mariners. Robles entered a tie game in the eighth inning and got a quick strikeout before surrendering the go-ahead home run. It was a disappointing performance for the veteran, as he had tossed four straight scoreless frames coming into the contest. Robles owns some solid metrics, such as his strikeout rate, expected batting average, and slugging percentage numbers- though his 15.4 percent walk rate, 48.6 percent hard-hit rate, and 4.42 expected ERA are certainly alarming.--Tim Capurso
