3 years agoMinnesota Twins relief pitcher Hansel Robles struggled in Tuesday's loss to the Cincinnati Reds. Robles entered a tie game in the ninth and put two men on the basepaths after getting an out, then surrendering a three-run homer. It's frustrating, as the former Angel had put together a strong month of June, with a 1.00 ERA, three holds, two saves, and two wins in the month coming into the contest. A 4.14 expected ERA and 4.34 SIERA point to further regression for Robles- though he seems likely to remain in a high-leverage role for Minnesota, given the struggles of their bullpen overall.--Tim Capurso
