5 years agoBaltimore Orioles third baseman Hanser Alberto was forced from Sunday's game early after colliding with Rays shortstop Willy Adames at second base. Alberto was trying to advance to second on a ball in the dirt when he crashed the back of his head into Adames' knee. He was 1-for-2 before leaving, adding to a productive year where he's hit .313 with 10 homers and 44 RBI in 110 games played. Look for the O's to pass along an update later this afternoon but consider him day-to-day for now.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
