3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Harrison Bader (rib) could return for the upcoming four-game road trip starting July 1 against the Cardinals. "There is hope Bader joins the team in Colorado," said manager Mike Shildt. He will undergo further evaluation in St. Louis on Wednesday to determine his status for this weekend's series. The 27-year-old went 1-for-2 with a double during his rehab assignment with Triple-A Memphis. Bader slashed .219/.301/.411 with four homers and three stolen bases before landing on the injured list in late May.
