6 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals outfielder Harrison Bader will bat in the eighth spot and play in center field Monday against the Colorado Rockies. Tommy Pham has been struggling lately, and he could use the rest anyway. Bader wont likely be in a great position for driving in runs, but if he gets on he has hot hitters at the turn of the order. Bader has played pretty well this year and is slashing .269/.339/.406. He has swiped nine bags this year. Bader makes for a cheap option in daily sports games, and fills in well as a bench player in season long leagues.--Blake Sullivan
