3 years agoFree-agent defensive tackle Hassan Ridgeway signed with the San Francisco 49ers on Wednesday on a one-year, $2.5 million deal with $1 million fully guaranteed, according to a source. Ridgeway is an experienced and versatile defensive tackle and will be a key piece of the 49ers defensive line rotation next season. He has six years in the league after stints with the Indianapolis Colts and Philadelphia Eagles. The former fourth-round pick of the Colts in 2016 out of Texas spent his first three years in Indy before joining the Eagles. Ridgeway had 20 tackles (10 solo), five QB hits, two sacks and a forced fumble in 17 games for Philly in 2021, but he started just one game.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
