4 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies right-handed pitcher Heath Hembree (elbow) has been placed on the 10-day injured list due to a strained right elbow. Hembree, alongside fellow righty Brandon Workman, was acquired from Boston in August as a means of helping a lacking Phillies bullpen string together outs. For Hembree, the move hasn’t paid dividends, as he has allowed 17 hits and 13 runs -- including seven homers -- over 9 ⅓ frames since the trade. After having been a stalwart of the Red Sox bullpen over the past several years, Hembree now eyes 2021 as a possible return to season-long fantasy relevance.--Jesse Borek
