6 years agoPhiladelphia Phillies relief pitcher Hector Neris allowed a two-out, two-run home run to Matt Joyce in the seventh inning of Philadelphia's 10-4 win over the Atlanta Braves on Thursday. It was the first home run Neris had given up since he allowed three on June 29 of last year. He returned to action on August 15 and allowed no home runs with 35 strikeouts in 17.2 innings for the rest of 2018. With the Phillies playing matchups into the ninth inning in 2019, Neris could play his way into a few saves. Thursday notwithstanding, he should provide solid ratios as well. But he's not a must-own by any means.--Nathaniel Green
