7 years agoVancouver Canucks center Henrik Sedin is on a career-high 48-game goalless streak and on the brink of league history. No player has previously scored two or fewer goals in a season with 40-plus assists, but that's exactly where Sedin is heading. He didn't even register a shot on goal for a second consecutive game in Wednesday's 2-1 loss to Arizona. The team captain also hasn't picked up any assists in the last couple of games. However, Sedin has had just two pointless streaks of three or more games since November, so he should be back on track soon. Just don't expect any goals from him.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
