4 years agoLas Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III caught just two passes on three targets for 35 yards in a Sunday loss against the Buccaneers. We have seen that Ruggs' value lies with the big play, and he was not able to get loose in this stingy Buccaneers secondary. Ruggs is averaging just two receptions per game in the four games he has played this season, so that makes him an unreliable fantasy starter. He matches up against the Browns next week, who have been prone to giving up big plays. Ruggs has potential to bounce back in Week 8, but he will likely have to do so by grabbing a deep ball or two.--Connor Wege
