3 years agoLas Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III had the performance he needed in Sunday's 31-28 overtime victory over the Miami Dolphins. The 22-year-old tallied four receptions on seven targets for 78 yards, continuing to prove he is a dangerous weapon for Vegas to have in its offensive arsenal. Ruggs has improved week over week and is beginning to live up to the preseason hype. While he is still a better fit in flex leagues, fantasy managers should keep an eye on Ruggs to see if he continues to heat up.--Chelena Goldman
