Heston Kjerstad Begins Physical Activity
3 years agoBaltimore Orioles general manager Mike Elias said Friday that outfield prospect Heston Kjerstad (myocarditis) has begun physical activity at the club's Sarasota complex for the first time this season. The O's number 7 prospect was drafted second overall in the 2020 MLB Draft, and has yet to play professionally due to his condition. While it sounds like Kjerstad has a ways to go in his rehab, it is great for O's fans, fantasy managers in dynasty leagues, and baseball fans in general to hear of his positive news.
