2 years agoKansas City Royals third baseman Hunter Dozier (side) is back in the starting lineup as the designated hitter and is batting sixth on Friday against Baltimore Orioles left-hander Bruce Zimmermann. Dozier missed the last three games with a side injury, but he'll be back in the lineup and is hoping to break out of a 1-for-18 slump in his last five games. The recent cold stretch has dropped his slash line to .257/.320/.415 with five home runs, 19 RBI, 23 runs scored and a stolen base on the season in 183 at-bats. Emmanuel Rivera is playing third base and is batting eighth on Friday for the Royals.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
