4 years agoBaltimore Orioles relief pitcher Hunter Harvey (oblique) will begin a rehab assignment at Triple-A Norfolk on Sunday, according to Nathan Ruiz of The Baltimore Sun. Harvey has yet to appear in a game this year after suffering an oblique strain during Spring Training. After a solid rookie campaign in which he posted a 1.42 ERA with 11 strikeouts in 6 1/3 innings of work, Harvey had a down year in 2020 where he posted a 4.15 ERA with six strikeouts over 8 2/3 innings. Harvey will figure to play in to the back end of the Orioles' bullpen once he's healthy, but Cesar Valdez will still remain the primary guy to roster out of that situation.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
