6 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Hunter Renfroe connected for his 22nd homer Wednesday against the Seattle Mariners. After a scorching August with nine deep flies and a .935 OPS, Renfroe’s gone yard five times in September. Despite being the odd man out to start the year, Renfroe has capitalized on his opportunities playing every day in the second half. Impressively, after struggling against righties throughout his career, Renfroe has a near-even split against both sides of the mound this season. If he continues his success, he’ll be a buzzy player heading into 2019. For now, he is certainly a playable fantasy option in all formats.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
